Pursue Cleaning Services launches as “not a typical cleaning company”

Pursue Cleaning Services has launched a new kind of home services brand for busy households. It brings cleaning, housekeeping, an on-call butler, moving help, meals, babysitting and more together under one team, with one number to call.

The business describes itself as “not a typical cleaning company”. Instead of selling hours of cleaning, it sells time back to families. Australians who do domestic work spend around three and a half hours a day on it, according to the ABS Time Use Survey 2024.

More than 20 named services

Every service has its own name. Concierge is an on-call butler who can shop for, cook and clean up after a family dinner. Turndown is a hotel-style maid service. Studio, Loft and Penthouse are three levels of regular cleaning. Grand Central handles a whole move, from packing up to cleaning the new home before settlement and unpacking at the other end. Newer services include The Nest for families with a new baby and Welcome Home for people returning from hospital.

Launch offers

  • The $15 Frenzy: $15 an hour on almost every service for the first 100 customers who book three or more visits
  • The Christmas Bundle: The Edit, Green Room, Skyline and Showtime at $39 an hour for the first 50 customers, from 1 November 2026 to 3 January 2027
  • Showtime for Real Estate: open home preparation at $40 an hour for the first 20 homes
