Welcome Home
Come home from hospital to a clean house, a full fridge and fresh sheets.
Recovery should feel restful
Coming home after a hospital stay should feel like pure relief. Your own bed, your own pillow and the quiet of your own space.
It shouldn’t mean walking into dirty dishes, an empty fridge and a pile of washing you’re not well enough to tackle.
We get your home ready and keep it running while you recover, because we believe healing happens best at home.
What Welcome Home looks after
- A full clean before you arrive, with fresh linen and the bed made
- The fridge stocked and meals ready to heat
- Prescriptions and groceries collected
- Washing and ironing kept on top of
- Regular visits while you recover, so the house never gets on top of you
- A friendly face checking in, and updates to family if you’d like
Welcome Home is practical help around the house. It doesn’t include personal or medical care.
Booked by family, often from far away
Many families book Welcome Home for a parent coming out of hospital when they can’t be there themselves. It’s the relief of knowing someone is looking after Mum or Dad’s home.
Questions people ask
Can family book it for someone else?
Yes. Many bookings come from sons, daughters and grandchildren who live away.
Can NDIS funding be used?
