Collection authorisation

Need us to collect something in your name? Fill this in and our Concierge takes it from there.

Some places, like post offices and dry cleaners, ask for written permission before they hand items to someone else. This form gives us that permission for one collection. Some places may also ask to see your ID or a collection card, so we’ll let you know if anything else is needed.
