What NDIS funding can cover

NDIS funding through The Village covers cleaning tasks only, funded under household tasks in your Core supports. That includes:

• Regular cleaning of your home
• Bathrooms, kitchen and floors kept safe and hygienic
• Changing linen and keeping bedrooms fresh
• Laundry and keeping on top of the washing

Want help with things outside cleaning, like Concierge errands or meal prep? We can do those too, paid privately rather than from your plan.

Every type of plan is welcome

We work with agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed NDIS plans. Your support coordinator or plan manager can book with us directly.

• The same worker wherever possible, so you’re not explaining things to someone new every week
• We work around your routines, sensory needs, pets and visitors
• You and your supporters agree the plan before we start
• Clear invoices that make sense to your plan manager

Can I use my NDIS funding?

Yes, for cleaning tasks. We accept agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed plans.

Can my support coordinator book for me?

Yes. They can contact us directly and we’ll work with them.

Can NDIS pay for Concierge or meal prep?

No. NDIS funding through us covers cleaning tasks only. Other services can be booked privately.
