Home should feel like a soft landing

Home is where you’re meant to land at the end of the day. Where you kick off your shoes, breathe out and feel looked after for once.

It isn’t meant to be another shift. Another basket of washing, another bed to make, another bench to wipe before you can finally sit down.

We take that part for you, because we believe you deserve to come home to calm.

What your housekeeper looks after

• Washing, drying, folding and ironing
• Fresh linen and beds made, hotel style
• Tidying and putting things back where they live
• The kitchen reset after meals and the dishwasher unloaded
• Pantry restocked and simple meal prep
• Plants watered and an eye kept on the house
• All the regular cleaning, done as part of the visit

Who Turndown is for

• Families who are tired of spending every weekend catching up
• Professionals who would rather spend Sunday living
• Anyone recovering after surgery or a hospital stay
• Older people who want to stay comfortable in the home they love

The little touches you’ll notice

Beds turned down. Towels folded the hotel way. A quick message when we leave so you know exactly what has been done. Small things, but they are the reason people say coming home feels different now.

Questions people ask

How often can Turndown come?

Daily, a few times a week or weekly. Whatever gives you breathing room.

Will it be the same housekeeper?

Wherever we can, yes. Someone who knows your home and how you like it.

Can my housekeeper cook dinner?

Simple meal prep, yes. For full dinners cooked in your kitchen, add Dinner’s Done.

Pairs well with

• Concierge: Dinner cooked, dry cleaning collected, errands run. One message and it’s off your plate.
• Dinner’s Done: Home-cooked meals made in your kitchen. You just sit down and eat.
• Pressed: The washing pile, gone. Every shirt pressed and put away.

Available across our service areas. Check if we come to you.
